Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange for products, giving you the option to switch to a different size or design (within the same price range).

Size exchanges are free of charge. For design exchanges (where applicable), customers will need to bear the shipping cost.

For any second exchange requests, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
How to initiate an exchange:

Submit a request by writing us an email or contacting us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

If these conditions are not met, the request will be declined, and the item will be returned to you.
Return Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, sizing choice, or courier delays.
RETURNS — ELIGIBLE ONLY WITHIN 2 DAYS
You may request a return only if:
