Right to Cancel

At HighSpirit, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the fulfillment of any order placed on our website under the following circumstances:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock.

• The billing information provided is incorrect or unverifiable.

• The order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

• Delivery to the provided address is not possible.

• Errors or inaccuracies are detected on the website (e.g., spelling mistakes, pricing discrepancies, or incorrect information).

We value your trust and aim to provide the best possible experience. If your order is affected by any of the above, our team will promptly notify you and assist with the next steps.

Shipping Policy

At HighSpirit, our priority is to deliver a smooth and reliable shipping experience, wherever you are.

• Orders are processed within 5–6 business days. Please note: we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

• During peak seasons or high order volumes, there may be slight delays. We kindly ask for your patience if delivery takes a few extra days.

• If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will promptly update you via email or phone.

Exchange & Reverse Pickup

HighSpirit is committed to making your exchange process hassle-free.

• We arrange a reverse pickup for exchanges whenever possible.

• However, reverse pickup is limited to certain pin codes based on courier partner availability.

• If reverse pickup is not possible in your area, we kindly request you to ship the product back to our warehouse. Once received, we will process your exchange or replacement promptly.

• If you share a valid return shipping bill with us, we will reimburse the cost to ensure no extra burden falls on you.

Coupon Code Policy

At HighSpirit, coupon codes are offered exclusively for influencers, collaborations, and giveaways. These codes are intended only for the recipients directly authorized by HighSpirit.

• If a coupon code is used without authorization (e.g., obtained via third-party apps, unauthorized sharing, or other means), we reserve the right to cancel the order.

• Possessing or applying a coupon code does not guarantee a discount unless it has been officially provided by HighSpirit.

Open Delivery Policy

For security reasons, open delivery of parcels is not permitted. Please do not request or insist on opening your package in front of the delivery executive.
